At Lushful Scents Co., all sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please double-check your order, shipping address, and selected products before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

If you purchased Route Package Protection at checkout, all claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be submitted directly through Route. Eligible claims will be reviewed and resolved according to Route's coverage policy.
If you declined Route Package Protection, Lushful Scents Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. Refunds, replacements, or store credit will not be provided for shipping-related issues when Route protection was not purchased.
If we made an error and sent you the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will make it right.
Fragrance Preferences
Scent is subjective. Because fragrance preferences vary from person to person, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges based on personal preference or if you simply do not like a scent.
Product Variations
Our products are handcrafted in small batches. Slight variations in color, shimmer, or appearance may occur and are considered normal. These natural variations do not qualify for a refund or exchange.
