Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Our current processing time is displayed at the top of our website. Processing time refers to the amount of time it takes us to prepare your order before it ships and does not include transit time.

Business days are Monday–Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.

If your order contains both ready-to-ship (RTS) and made-to-order items, your entire order will ship together once all items are complete.

Shipping Carriers

We currently ship through UPS and USPS.

Once your package leaves our hands, delivery times are determined by the carrier. While we do our best to ship on time, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating after your shipping label has been created.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We highly recommend purchasing Route Package Protection at checkout.

If Route Protection is purchased, any claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages can be filed directly through Route for a quick resolution.

If Route Protection is declined, Lushful Scents Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally, weather, holidays, carrier volume, or other circumstances beyond our control may delay delivery. These delays do not qualify for refunds or order cancellations.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to claim the package, or refusal of delivery, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
